Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. JULIEONNY ESTHETICS kindly asks for a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Any same-day cancellations (including arriving too late to be seen) are automatically charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Policy Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding the studio, and using the restroom. All appointments include a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or it may be considered a same-day cancellation. If you choose, you can also add this line: • A $1 per minute late fee applies after the grace period if the appointment can still be completed. Refund Policy At JULIEONNY ESTHETICS, all services, deposits, and gift certificates are non-refundable.
